Amber and Ivory are not finishes

They are separate collections. At the same bedroom count they are different houses of different size. Amber is the larger at five and six bedrooms; Ivory is larger at seven. That reversal is worth knowing — the honest answer to “which collection is bigger?” is that it depends on the bedroom count, and it flips at seven.

Every Estates home, in both collections, has a private elevator, a driver’s room, a maid’s room, a nanny’s room, a show kitchen and a separate service kitchen. Garage size steps up with bedroom count: two cars at five bedrooms, three at six and seven.
