A single kitchen, a maid's room, a two-car garage and a private pool. All three bedrooms sit upstairs, reached by a staircase off the foyer, with the master taking the rear of the plan and its own walk-in closet.
The one thing to check before showing it: there is no ground-floor bedroom. A household that needs a room on the entrance level should be looking at Type D-4BR or Type C-5S instead.
